DEV Logistics collects business contact details, company names, lorry receipt (LR) identifiers, pickup and delivery address coordinates, and vehicle telematics strictly to fulfill commercial road freight transportation contracts across India.

2. Use of Consignment Data

Client freight information is used solely for order processing, route optimization, driver assignment, electronic Proof of Delivery (e-POD) issuance, and statutory tax and GST compliance (GSTIN: 09DDFPP7977C1ZO).

3. Data Security & Confidentiality

We implement industry-standard encryption and access controls across our central servers in Noida and 7 branch hub offices. Consignment details and commercial invoices are never sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
